GreyAware Design Partner Program

Bring a real challenge.
Help shape what comes next.

Get 90 days of access to GreyAware and work directly with us on your team’s use cases. Weekly working sessions and on-demand help support your setup, evaluation, and feedback along the way.

Who it’s for

Teams close to the problem.

We invite security and IT teams whose day-to-day work involves reconciling records, investigating gaps, or assessing change across multiple tools.

A recurring operational question

Choose something concrete: which assets need review, why sources disagree, or what evidence is missing before a migration.

People who know the workflow

Bring the practitioners who investigate the issue and understand the decisions, constraints, and handoffs involved.

Feedback grounded in experience

Discuss what makes the evidence useful, where the workflow falls short, and what would help your team take the next step.

How it works

Start small. Make the evaluation useful.

We agree on your use cases and setup needs, then work with your team throughout the 90-day program.

  1. Define the question

Describe the problem, the tools involved, and the decision your team needs to make.

  2. Get up and running

Work with us on setup and your individual use cases through weekly sessions and on-demand meetings as needed.

  3. Review and share feedback

Share what works, what is missing, and what would make the workflow more useful. Your feedback and suggestions help inform improvements to the platform.

Possible starting points

Choose the question behind the workflow.

These are examples to discuss. The evaluation depends on your sources, requirements, and the capabilities available for your environment.

What needs attention before a migration?

Identify the evidence and preparation needed to assess readiness.

Before we talk

Set clear expectations together.

A first conversation helps establish the problem and whether a focused partnership is a useful next step.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

A brief description of the problem, the tools involved, and the people who investigate it. An example of a recurring decision or manual handoff can help make the discussion concrete.

Which integrations can we evaluate?

Describe your sources and the context you need. We will discuss the relevant capabilities, source requirements, and any integration work as part of scoping the evaluation.

How much time does participation involve?

The program runs for 90 days, with weekly working sessions and on-demand meetings as needed. We discuss the participating team, scheduling, and setup needs together before starting.

What does the program cost?

Design partners pay a professional services fee for the direct collaboration and support. Platform access is included for 90 days without a separate platform subscription fee. We discuss the services fee and scope with you before the program begins.

How does our feedback shape the platform?

We use your feedback and suggestions to identify and prioritize platform improvements grounded in real use cases. We review suggested changes together and discuss their scope and priority.

What happens after the 90 days?

We review what your team has learned and discuss the next steps. Any continued access, services, and commercial terms are agreed separately.

Can we start with a demo instead?

Yes. Request a demo to explore the platform before discussing a partnership.
